Player Information
AGE VERIFICATION: EVERY child who participates in the Hard Knox Flag League is required to submit a copy of an original and unedited birth certificate, so as to verify their appropriate age. There are no exceptions to this requirement.
NOTE: The Hard Knox Spring League is an "open" League, meaning, you are welcome to register as an individual, and we'll assign you to a team - or you can register for a particular team / coach, if you wish. Either way, we welcome you to come and play!
In submitting this form, you have read, understand and agree to each of the following, in whole and in part, and without exception:
You have successfully accessed, read, understand and agree to both the Informed Consent / Acknowledgements and the Parental Code of Conduct, as found at HallsPark.org. Further, you acknowledge that any failure to follow these rules and guidelines and/or the basic tenets of good sportsmanship and fair play can subject player, coach, team, group or Park to that means of corrective action as deemed necessary and prudent, up to and including, but not limited to, immediate expulsion from the Park and all further participation in any activity or event associated with it, at the sole discretion of staff, assigned personnel, or the Board of Halls Community Park, and/or also as prescribed or required by Knox County.
Missed, forfeited, cancelled or any other game which does not take place at its originally prescribed date / time, will NEVER be rescheduled, under any circumstance, for any reason, including, but not limited to, inclement weather or those which are otherwise cancelled at the sole and singular discretion of the League.
All teams must include a minimum of nine (9) players.
Each player is required to wear a mouth guard / mouthpiece at all times during both practice and play.
Your registration fee serves to compensate Halls Community Park for the cost associated with hosting, operating and maintain the League. This includes, and is limited to: compensation to game and League officials, preparation of the playing field (before and after games), necessary equipment to be used during actual gameplay (flags, yard markers, etc.), and other necessary costs incurred in hosting the League.
The League will only award one (1) TEAM trophy to the respective Champion of each division. No individual trophies will be awarded, even for participants of championship winning teams.
Teams are solely responsible for the ordering, payment, receipt and distribution of their own jerseys, and all other individual and/or team-specific attire / equipment. Jerseys / t-shirts must be of the same type, style, color, look, material and which clearly shows a uniquely assigned number for each player on the team.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER, ONCE THIS FORM IS SUBMITTED.
